More About Knowledge to Practice
Katie and Andrew are regenerative farmers and business owners who are passionate about the health of their land, soils and business and how that relates to human health, connection and landscape. Based near Murgon, Southeast Queensland, they have created a vibrant, diverse and thriving environment for the people, animals, wildlife and soils.
Katie and Andrew through Knowledge To Practice, run small group programs and courses designed to connect and empower people to take action. We provide a safe environment for practical demonstrations, support, accountability and developing people’s confidence to pursue their goals.
Over the years we have noticed that there is limited support for first generation farmers on small holdings and therefore we have developed and run I Bought A Farm Bootcamp.
Due to the nature of farming, farmers are physically isolated and generally feel that they need a reason to get together, hence Graziers in Groups.
Women are also juggling the “busy” and looking after everyone but themselves, so attending a Connecting Women In Amazing Ways Workshop could be for you.
The business Knowledge To Practice is an evolution of combining Katie’s Allied Health background and Andrew’s farming and advisory experience. They have a passion for connecting and empowering people. Their skill in simplifying complex concepts to practical applications is what drives them.

Knowledge to Practice Benefits

Building Confidence
What a fantastic age we live in where there is so much information freely available. But the problem with this is, we become overwhelmed and paralysed. At Knowledge to Practice, with our carefully designed programs, we help guide through this noise to build your confidence to act. Simply put, we help you put knowledge into practice.
Making Connections
In today’s society with the advent of technology we have the ability to make contact with people all around the world instantaneously, however the opposite is true where we are becoming more isolated. At Knowledge To Practice our programs have been designed to bring people together to connect with like-minded individuals, share a meal and have fun all the while helping you put knowledge into practice.
