Our Program

Welcome to our three-day workshop to strengthen direction, communication, connection, and confidence. Reflect on your values, explore real-life challenges, and take meaningful steps with supportive facilitators and peers.

DAY 01

Day One is all about direction. Where are we wanting to go, what’s our vision, and what are our goals to get there. Supporting and balancing the wheel of life are the foundations, the road base of Values, Beliefs, Tools, Mentors and our Action Plan.

DAY 02

Day two we take a deeper dive into communication, what works, what are the challenges and tools to navigate this tricky space. We go through the foundations of setting up a safe environment where we are able to challenge, and then how will we repair things when they do go wrong.

DAY 03

Day three brings the elements of the first two days together, where we have Working On The People (WOTP) sessions. Exploring in small groups real life challenges and the next meaningful step we can take.

We respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land on which we gather and stand, the Wakka Wakka peoples. We pay respects to the elders past, present and emerging. We recognise their continuing and everlasting connection to country.
