People In The Workplace

Direction and connection,
Communication and confidence

Our People In The Workplace Workshop is designed to help your team thrive—individually and together.

Our Program

Each program is tailored to suit your team, your goals, and your workplace—and can be delivered as a half-day, full-day, or two-day workshop.

What is it?

Through a practical and engaging approach, we help your team explore:

  • Social and emotional learning

  • Communication styles and work preferences

  • The "people stuff" that often goes unspoken—but impacts everything

  • Team guidelines that support how you work together

  • A shared vision, mission, and strategic goals

Why it matters:

✔️ Stronger business performance
✔️ Better home life and improved wellbeing
✔️ More fulfilment—individually and collectively

Good use of time, informative, helpful in all aspects of life not just business, take aways that can be immediately put into place/used, good for all tiers of a business

Liz H, Roma

The program has been instrumental in improving our team dynamics. It has fostered a shared understanding, with team members now speaking a common language, recognizing and respecting different working styles, and actively listening to one another.

ANDREW & KATIE ZERNER

Connection is missing in today’s society. We believe that people make things happen. We help them do this by attracting like minded individuals together in small groups, where the collective power of the group and connection, empowers the individual to make improvements on their land, in their business and in their lives. Whether it be connecting graziers in small groups, connecting women in amazing ways or helping tree changers who have just bought a farm.

We respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land on which we gather and stand, the Wakka Wakka peoples. We pay respects to the elders past, present and emerging. We recognise their continuing and everlasting connection to country.
