From dreaming about country life to managing it with confidence.

Simple Grazing. Peace of Mind.

For First-Time Farmers

IMG_0147.jpg

You Bought the Dream
But no one gave you the manual

You Imagined

✓ Watching the sunrise with a coffee

✓ Raising your family on the land

✓ Healthy livestock

✓ Productive paddocks

✓ A slower pace of life

Then Reality Arrived

  • What should I do first?

  • Am I overgrazing?

  • Should I buy more cattle?

  • Why are weeds appearing?

  • Am I wasting money?

  • How much pasture do I actually have?

You're not alone.

Most first-time landholders don't struggle because they lack motivation.

They struggle because no one has shown them how all the pieces fit together.

BOOTS & ALL WAS CREATED TO REMOVE THE GUESSWORK AND BUILD CONFIDENCE.

Boots & All Launching August 2026

Before we talk grazing systems, infrastructure or pasture management, we start with a bigger question:

What is the prize?

Every decision on your property should support the life you are trying to create.

Your prize may be:

- Raising children connected to nature

- Producing healthy food

- Restoring country

- Creating a family legacy

- Escaping the pressure of city life

- Building a profitable enterprise

- Having peace of mind and less stress

Many people buy a farm before defining what success actually looks like.

AT BOOTS & ALL, CLARITY COMES FIRST!

Because once you know your destination, the decisions become much easier.

OUR VISION IS SIMPLE

A world where farms get healthier every year, and farmers live with peace of mind and strong local connections.

We believe the best farming systems work with nature, not against it.

Through simple grazing principles and practical management, we help landholders build healthier soils, healthier animals and healthier lives.

The Foundations Taught at our 2-Day Bootcamp

The F.A.R.M.S Framework

F

Feed - The Grass that Grows

When we have grazing animals, we need to understand how grass grows. The best and most economical feed we can provide for our animals are diverse pastures, a mix of grasses, legumes and forbs.

A

Animals - That Eat the Grass

Many first-time farmers inherit grazing systems that have simply “always been done that way.” As managers, we need to match the number of animals to the amount of feed we’ve grown and move animals through different paddocks to allow time for the pasture to regrow.

Restore the Ecosystems

R

Learning how to restore resilience in your farm by working with nature, and how the landscape functions with the small water cycle, biodiversity, and fire to manage for the extremes in climate.

M

Management is about creating systems that support both the farm and the people running it. The reality is this: a farm can look successful from the outside while the owners are exhausted and overwhelmed.

Management

Safety

S

Agriculture has horrific statistics around accidents, mental health and death. These are due to a number of factors including working remotely, isolation, working with machinery and livestock. For first-time farmers the risk is even higher due to limited experience with all the above.
